- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Fat Cat Baskets ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Fat Cat Baskets ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Baskets Containing Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions. Monday through Wednesday - standard and next day air shipping are the available options. Thursday - Next Day air is the only option Friday - Next day air Saturday is the only option. (All fruit orders placed on Friday via "standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.) Baskets Containing Chocolate: Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods. In addition any gift baskets which contain chocolate components will have the chocolate substituted out and replaced with hard candy items.
